Financial Manager

At ArtiGaming, we build and scale online products within the iGaming industry.

As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a Financial Manager who will help us maintain and improve our financial processes, ensure accurate financial reporting, and effectively manage our international payment infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and oversee daily financial operations;
• Monitor bank accounts and cash flow movements;
• Work with payment providers and perform regular reconciliations;
• Prepare management reports, including Cash Flow and P&L statements;
• Track and analyze marketing expenses under CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid models;
• Participate in the development of financial models and Balance Sheet reporting;
• Monitor operational expenses and identify cost optimization opportunities;
• Support internal and external audits;
• Collaborate closely with accounting, auditors, and cross-functional teams.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Manager or in a similar role;
• Experience in iGaming, Gambling, or Affiliate Marketing industries;
• Strong knowledge of management accounting and financial reporting;
• Hands-on experience preparing Cash Flow, P&L, and Balance Sheet reports;
• Understanding of payment systems and financial reconciliation processes;
• Experience with multi-currency operations will be considered a plus;
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
