Financial Manager

Our team works on online gaming projects, including igaming. We implement technical solutions for the global entertainment industry and create products that are used by tens of thousands of people, visited by users every day and recommended to friends.
Currently, we are looking for a full-time remote Financial Manager for the team.

Responsibilities:

• building and preparing of management reports (P&L, BS, CF);
• building and preparing of analytical reports of various levels of detail, plan-fact analysis;
• development of proposals for cost optimization;
• participation in the formation of the budget and the construction of a system of financial controls, drawing up a financial strategy;
• timely provision of the required reporting documentation.

Required skills:

• understanding the principles of building management and accounting;
• experience in managing the company's finances: providing recommendations, implementing solutions;
• knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow;
• work experience in the field of audit, finance, preparation of financial statements according to IFRS, budgeting, forecasting;
• ability to analyze financial indicators: knowledge of GAAP (preferred, but not required) and economic units;
• the ability to work with large amounts of data;
• experience with cryptocurrency (receiving, selling, converting);
• basic knowledge of BA;
• excellent skills in working with Google sheets and MS Excel (pivot tables, macros, external data sources, arrays, etc. - at an advanced level), MS Powerpoint;
• knowledge of English at a level no lower than upper-intermediate, as this role involves communication with English-speaking colleagues.
