Head of Finance (FP&A Manager, Senior Financial Manager)

In ArtiGaming - we are working on online products, including in the iGaming industry. Our team is rapidly growing, and now is the time to actively implement budgeting and build a clear financial model and strategy. We are looking for someone who will make us stronger, someone who can handle a large volume of tasks and take responsibility for building the financial structure within the company.

Key responsibilities:

• Development of the company's financial model, financial planning, and strategy
• Preparation and analysis of management reports (P&L, CF, BS)
• Budgeting, plan-fact analysis, payment calendar, payroll, etc
• Cash flow planning, control, forecasting and management
• Leading and monitoring all financial activities of the organization
• Financial risk analysis and management

Honestly, we don’t want to tell you what to do. We want you to tell us what needs to be done and how. And we understand that this is possible if you have::

• Experience in iGaming
• 5+ years of experience in finance, with 2+ years in a similar or relevant position
• Strong understanding of both financial management and analytics
• Advanced Excel skills (because there is no substitute) and proficiency with financial tools
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to present data in a structured way
• Business-level English

Additional advantages:

• ACCA, CIMA, or other financial certifications (in progress is also a plus)
• Experience in building financial processes from scratch or transforming financial processes
• Understanding of online payments, working with PSPs, and cryptocurrency tools
