Artigaming is a product tech company operating in iGaming and FinTech. We process thousands of real-time transactions daily — fast, reliably, and with a human touch.
We’re now looking for a sharp and reliable Payment Support Manager to join our Payment Monitoring & Support team.

What you’ll do:

  • Monitor live payment traffic and react to incidents instantly
  • Re-route traffic based on provider statuses and internal instructions
  • Investigate processing issues and notify the relevant teams
  • Communicate with payment providers to address incidents and approval rate drops
  • Keep payment method statuses up to date and inform internal stakeholders
  • Document configuration changes, routing updates, and system adjustments
  • Track issues and update logs in Jira
  • Work closely with support, analysts, and tech teams
  • Prioritize traffic based on provider performance and user segments
  • Handle VIP transactions and respond to critical outages on time

What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ year of experience in FinTech, e-commerce, or working with PSPs
  • Good understanding of payment infrastructure: APIs, approval/conversion rates, timeouts
  • English level — Intermediate or higher
  • Confident in Jira, Excel / Google Sheets
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in iGaming, crypto operations, or technical support
  • Familiarity with SQL, API logic, or software testing
