Payment Systems Manager

rtigaming is looking for a Payment Systems Manager — a professional with deep expertise in working with payment systems, particularly in the iGaming or Fintech sector. This role carries full responsibility for the company’s payment infrastructure, including interaction with payment providers, liquidity control, and maintaining process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration and ongoing support of Payment Service Providers (PSPs);
• Working with multi-currency environments (cryptocurrency, EUR, and multiple payment gateways);
• Regular reconciliation of transactions, balances, and fees;
• Liquidity management across accounts and redistribution of funds between gateways;
• Optimization of payment processes and performance analysis (approval rate, fee structure, conversion rates);
• Communication with external partners and internal teams (finance, product, customer support).

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within iGaming or Fintech;
• Hands-on experience with cryptocurrencies and alternative payment methods;
• Strong skills in financial reporting and transaction reconciliation;
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented;
• English — at a business communication level;
• Preferred: based in Ukraine or available within UTC+2 time zone.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of the technical aspects of PSP integration (API, technical documentation);
• Experience launching new payment products or working with non-standard providers;
• Understanding of risk management and compliance in the payments domain.
