Product Manager (IGaming, Casino)

ArtiGaming is looking for a Product Manager to own the development of existing iGaming projects and launch a new online casino - from concept to release.
Head-level role: product strategy, cross-department collaboration, full responsibility for key metrics. Responsibilities:
- Own the product lifecycle: from idea to release and beyond.
- Define strategy and roadmap, prioritize features and hypotheses.
- Analyze market, competitors, and player needs.
- Manage integrations in coordination with relevant departments: game providers, payments, bonus & CRM solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, design, analytics, marketing, support, payments,).
- Track KPIs: LTV, ARPU, Retention, Churn, Conversion, Funnel analytics.
- ptimize player journey: from registration to retention and reactivation.
- Represent the company at conferences, research iGaming trends.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience as Product Manager / Product Owner / Business Analyst in iGaming / casino.
- Understanding of UX/UI and customer journey.
- Experience with analytics, A/B testing, KPI metrics.
- Ownership mindset and decision-making skills.
- Conversational English — must have.
Nice to have:
- Experience launching products from scratch on a self-coded platform.
- Knowledge of compliance in different jurisdictions.
- Experience in Tier1-2 (EU) markets.
