Product Manager (IGaming, Casino)

ArtiGaming is looking for a Product Manager to own the development of existing iGaming projects and launch a new online casino - from concept to release.

Head-level role: product strategy, cross-department collaboration, full responsibility for key metrics. We are looking for a colleague who takes ownership instead of shifting responsibility to other teams - someone who dives deep into metrics and stands accountable for results. A professional who is not afraid to tell the C-level the uncomfortable truth, and who is ready to give the maximum energy to drive projects forward. Responsibilities:

  • Own the product lifecycle: from idea to release and beyond.
  • Define strategy and roadmap, prioritize features and hypotheses.
  • Analyze market, competitors, and player needs.
  • Manage integrations in coordination with relevant departments: game providers, payments, bonus & CRM solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, design, analytics, marketing, support, payments,).
  • Track KPIs: LTV, ARPU, Retention, Churn, Conversion, Funnel analytics.
  • ptimize player journey: from registration to retention and reactivation.
  • Represent the company at conferences, research iGaming trends.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience as Product Manager / Product Owner / Business Analyst in iGaming / casino.
  • Understanding of UX/UI and customer journey.
  • Experience with analytics, A/B testing, KPI metrics.
  • Ownership mindset and decision-making skills.
  • Conversational English — must have.

Nice to have:

  • Experience launching products from scratch on a self-coded platform.
  • Knowledge of compliance in different jurisdictions.
  • Experience in Tier1-2 (EU) markets.
